This policy explains what Activit Platform Inc. ("Activit", "we") collects through the Activit app and why.

What we collect

• Account info: name, email, phone number, date of birth (to confirm you're 18+), gender and sports you choose.
• Profile content: photos, bio, linked social accounts, business details for gyms and clubs.
• Activity: bookings, check-ins, reviews, gym passes, matches and messages.
• Location: only when you use "Near you", gym check-in or set your area. We don't track you in the background.
• Device: a push-notification token if you allow notifications.
• Verification selfies: stored privately and only used to confirm your photos are you.

How we use it

To run the app (show gyms, events and partners near you, process bookings and passes, deliver chats and notifications), to keep the community safe (verification, reports, blocking), and to improve the app. We don't sell your personal information.

Who can see what

• Other members see your public profile (name, photos, bio, sports, rank, city). Your phone number, email, birthday and exact location are never shown.
• Organizers see the name and email you enter when you book their event. Gyms see the passes booked at their gym.
• Service providers: Supabase (database & storage) and Expo (app updates & push notifications) process data for us.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, hide yourself from Gymmatch, make your profile private, turn off notifications, and delete your account (Settings → Account → Delete account), which removes your data from our database.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleted accounts are removed from the live database right away; backups expire within 30 days.
