Terms of use

Last updated October 22, 2026 · Activit Platform Inc.

These Terms are an agreement between you and Activit Platform Inc. ("Activit", "we"). By creating an account or using the Activit app, you agree to them.

1. Who can use Activit

You must be at least 18 years old. Business accounts (gyms, clubs, camps) must be authorized to act for that business.

2. Your account

Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information, including your name and photos.

3. Community rules — zero tolerance

You may not post or send content that is hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, threatening, fraudulent, spam, or that infringes someone else's rights. You may not impersonate others or contact people who have blocked you. We review reports within 24 hours and will remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. Use Report and Block on any profile or chat.

4. Meeting people

Gymmatch and event chats help you meet people in real life. Activit doesn't run background checks. Meet in public places (gyms, events), tell a friend your plans, and never send money to people you meet in the app.

5. Events, camps and passes

Organizers and gyms are responsible for their events, facilities and safety, and for the accuracy of their listings. Bookings and free passes are subject to the organizer's or gym's rules and cancellation policy. Physical activity carries risk — take part at your own risk and follow the instructions of coaches and staff.

6. Payments

During the test (beta) period, the app does not charge cards. When payments launch, prices, fees and refunds will be shown before you pay.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of photos and text you post, and you give Activit permission to display them in the app to run the service. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

9. Changes and liability

The app is provided "as is" during beta. To the extent allowed by law, Activit isn't liable for indirect losses or for the actions of other users, organizers or gyms. We may update these Terms and will tell you in the app.
